Can spawn any tree but I see rocks

You try to build a biome but only the rocks are spawning like in the screenshot below. The 2 common reasons for this is that Massive World's biome look for 2 things to spawn the trees and bushes.

The water level, and if the ground is fertile. To solve this you can look at the "Customizing your biome water level and layer detection"
