Toggle auto-update

Why?

Short story: to avoid infinite loops.

Massive Village needs the landscape to know where to place the buildings, adapt the roads and the fences, and many other features. But the building also flattens the landscape which will trigger another update for PCG (replacing the houses and fences again) which will re-trigger the flattening of the landscape and so on.

This is where the Toggle Auto PCG Update comes in. When activated it will turn off the flattening of the landscape but will always update in real time.

And when it is turned off, Massive Village will affect the landscape again but only update on demand.

When it is activated you will see an update icon above the village (or farm) icon in the world like the screenshot below.
