Massive Village comes with a simple door system you can extend.
You can look for the blueprint BP_Door for more detail, it comes with a simple code to open and close the doors. PCG will then spawn them as an actor accessible in the Outliner. In the demo, you can simply press E to open/close a door.
In the PCG graph, you can add your blueprint here, make sure to do it for both the Village and the Farm. If needed you can also modify the blueprint variable right in PCG.
