Override Dungeon Material

You can also override the floor, wall, and roof material.

Create a new data asset of type PDA_DungeonMaterial then add it to your Dungeon Material. Make sure that the override is also set to "true". This override has the lowest priority, which means that room overrides and will have priority over it.

Reminded that the overrides are also available in the main editor.
